On a fateful day, exactly 40 years ago, some very motivated students had a vision and founded their own student association for computer science students. They decided on the name VIS (the other option was VIP) and the rest is history.
Now 40 years later we want to celebrate this joyous occasion with you and lots of cake, beer and slushies. Bring a cake to enter our baking contest where we want to find out who will be the next Star Baker. (All contestants receive an exclusive 40 years anniversary pin and a chance to win prizes) But even for those who won't be able to bake, there will be drinks and good vibes and hopefully lots of cake that needs to be eaten.
